Brainy Chef Cooking Class
Cooking at home has never been so smart!
Research shows that what you eat can help your brain function better and there isn't anyone better to learn from than Dr. Annie Fenn!
After decades of practicing medicine, Dr. Fenn started Brain Health Kitchen to teach how to cook whole foods for optimal nutrition. She is an expert at teaching about brain healthy cooking.
Space is limited for the event and you'll have the opportunity learn about quality ingredients, their impact on the brain, and how eating healthy can taste so good!
Proceeds for Alzheimer's Care, Support, and Research. Great date night activity and lovely gift for anyone who enjoys cooking. The class is beginner friendly too!
