How Can Chocolate be Good For Your Brain?

Would you believe that chocolate is good for your brain?!  
That’s right.  Study after study show that the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects from the flavonoids in chocolate may benefit brain function.  Check out this Harvard Health article.  
Be careful though and lookout for harmful sugars, which can be impact to your brain.  I personally enjoy the 100% cacao with no harmful sugars to maximize benefits!  A lot of people choose dark chocolate with 85% or higher cocoa content too.
